The wine is made with 70% of Sangiovese blended with a small percentage of other local varieties such as Canaiolo, Colorino, Mammolo and Ciliegiolo.
Aged 24 months in small oak barrels, plus 6 months in the bottles. Certificate organic.
Total production: 10.000 bottles a year.
The color is intense ruby red, the aroma is broad, with notes of small dark fruits, spices, wild herbs.
In the mouth it is dynamic, tasting of red fruits and flowers with soft tannins ending in a mineral and savory finish.
