He decided to use modern and traditional techniques in particular for his red wines, he uses open barriques for the alcoholic fermentation,  a process that requires skill, attention and a lot of manual work!

Zizzolo Rosso

Color: bright ruby ​​red

Smell: Fruity aromas with notes of flowers and herbs

Taste: Fruity and fresh with round tannins and a delicious aftertaste. Preservation: 4-5 years, depending on the vintage.

Food Matches: it is a versatile wine, it can stand with white and red meat, pasta, cheese, or dark chocolate
